This is a ladies boudoir cap from the 1920s, worn at night to help keep the essential hair-do in place!

The cap has a circular crown of light-weight cream silk, around which are 2 bands of 1" deep lace, in between the lace bands is a 2" strip of netting on which are stitched 3 bands of pink satin ribbon.

At each ear are square tabs, 4" x 2½", of lace highlighted with strips of the pink ribbon and a small bow also in the pink ribbon.

Overall in Very Good to Excellent condition, the silk crown has one ¼" hole and another small pinhead hole, neither of which detract from the appeal of this item.
