This lovely 60s coat has no makers tag, just a content tag for "90% wool, 10% other fibres".

• Waist = 34"
• Hips = 38"
• Shoulder to hem = 38"
• Sleeves (armpit to cuff edge) = 15"
• Sleeve opening = 10" circumference.

The coat is in a very dark green and is highlighted with a 2½" wide band of brown faux fur running around the neck and down the centre front.

The faux fur covers a conceals fly-front fastening of 4 buttons. There is also further decoration with brown piping braid running alongside the faux-fur and on the pocket flaps.

The coat is Princess-line (no waist seam) and has 4 faux pocket flaps, whilst there are actually 2 slit pockets at the front seams.

The sleeves are a variation of raglan sleeves, with the shoulder part being narrow and forming a kind of shoulder yoke. There are small shoulder pads.

The coat is fully lined, but the lining is torn at the right armhole and there is a 4" opening at the right seam - the lining just needs to be re-stitched. The four concealed button holes have previously been re-stitched, but will again require some further stitching.
