This is a lovely top or blouse from "Betsy Johnson" - a popular and collectible designer who caters for the young and flirty customer.  The top is in a crepe-like fabric covered in a bright floral design in red, orange, yellow and white.

The top crosses over at the front and is tied at centre back with the long ties.

The long sleeves end with a 9" deep circular trumpet frill, which - combined with the tie-back - gives a modern hippie "feel" to the top.  Designed to leave the midriff bare.

This top will look great with pants, shorts or a skirt!  It is in Excellent condition.
