This lovely dress bears two labels : "Cynthia Rowley" and "Ann Taylor".  There is a tag for "size 2" and a content tag for 100% cotton.  The fabric bears an attractive small floral print of pink cabbage roses on a white background.

The dress fastens at centre back with a 16" zipper and the halter neck ties with a knot or bow.  Only the bodice is lined in a satin-like fabric, the skirt is unlined.

The very full skirt has slit pockets in each side seam. The skirt is full of movement and swing.

An ideal dress for hot weather or a cruise - the dress is in Excellent condition with no faults or flaws.
