The dress bears the label "DOLLYROCKERS, Designed by SAMBO, Made in England"  a well respected, collectable label from a member of the 60s/70s British Boutique Movement.

The dress is in a rich deep red with multi-coloured paisley design in the skirt, and a small floral print in the bodice.  There is a 22" metal zipper at centre back.  The round scooped neckline is highlighted with a small bow at centre front.  The long 24" sleeves are gathered and elasticated at the wrist giving a frilled cuff effect.

The waist is highlighted with a black wool fabric which is 3" - 5" deep and gives the appearance of a 'corset' feature, with interlocking loops at centre front through which a red braid tie is threaded for fastening.

The dress is in Excellent condition with no flaws or faults.  A solid collectable vintage item, but ideal for wearing to any occasion for todays fashionista!
