A glorious evening dress carrying the well known label "Frank Usher, London", size a size tag for UK 36" and US 10. The content tag shows a mix of 83% triacetate and 17% nylon.

The dress fabric is like a light-weight jersey - very fluid. The dress is not lined, but is in fact a double layer of fabric in a cornflower blue.

The halter neck is fastens at the back of the neck with fabric spaghetti straps, which are secured with a popper or snap fastener.

The dress has rows of blue sequins and silver/clear bugles beads, all curving upwards from the hips to the centre neckline at front and back.

The back is very low cut - I have taken the length measurements from the neck edge at front and back.
