This lovely demure dress carries the well known and collectable label "Harvey Berin, designed by Karen Stark".  The dress is lined except in the sleeves, and is of a fluid and light-weight fabric rather like a silky-gaberdine.

The dress fastens at centre back with a 26" metal zipper.  There is a rounded Peter Pan collar secured at centre back with 2 metal hook/eyes.  The front of bodice has an attracted double-pleat effect running from centre neck to waist; at the waist front there is an overlapping flap decorated with 2 functional black & gold buttons.  The front skirt is box-pleated to give more fullness.

The long sleeves have no cuff, but there is a 2" slit at the wrist which is secured with a black & gold button matching those at the waist.

This is an understated but classy dress in Excellent condition.
