This is a fantastic jacket bearing the label "Harvey Nichols, London SW1" - a famous high-end store in Knightsbridge, London.  The contents tag is for 100% silk, and the fabric is very fluid and soft to the touch. The fully lined jacket is in a caramel-beige colour which shows a little lighter in the images.  Size tag for UK size 12. Actual measurements are :

• Bust = 40"
• Waist = 38"
• Sleeve length = 22"
• Shoulder to hem = 27½"

The jacket has no collar as such, but each side of front neck has a loose pleat which then gives the appearance of narrow lapels down the front. The jacket fastens at centre front with one button - the button appears to be pressed horn and is a good match to the jacket, but I believe it is not original, as it does not match the buttons on the sleeves.

There are slit pockets on each side of the front - both unused and still stitched together. The jacket has shoulder pads to help give definition to the shape. The sleeves have a 3½" non-functional slit at the cuff edge, secured by 3 pearlised buttons.  The jacket comes with its own coat hanger, bearing the Harvey Nichols logo and name, and with a velvety surface texture.

Overall, the jacket in in Excellent condition - however, apart from the replacement button, there is an area *inside* the left front edge (and therefore not on view) where the fabric is slightly faded from spot-cleaning. Whilst I do not consider these to be major faults/flaws, they have dictated the low selling price.
