This is the "Le Petit Echo de la Mode" dated 24th May 1914 - a newspaper style ladies journal.

It is full of various articles in French, together with lots of images of clothing of the period. There is even a pattern for a lace boudoir cap or mob cap.

Inserted into the journal is a paper pattern for a manteau (coat dress) for a young girl age 7 or 8 years.
