PAYMENT

  •  I prefer payment via Paypal, using your credit card or Paypal account.
  •  I also accept payment via personal cheque (check) or money order in £GBP - please contact me immediately, so I can put your item "ON HOLD" until payment is cleared.
  •  I expect Paypal or credit card payment within 3 days of the transaction - within 7 - 10 days if payment via personal cheque (check) or money order - after which time the transaction will be considered void and the item will be put back on sale and available.

SHIPPING

  •  All international sales will be sent via airmail - I do not use surface mail.
  •  UK transactions will be sent via First Class mail
  •  I always obtain a proof of postage.  I am not responsible for the loss of any item once it has been mailed.
  •  Buyers should obtain or ask for insurance if required, otherwise the item will be sent uninsured at their own risk.
  •  I will not falsify Customs forms, please do not ask.

RETURNS

  •  I endeavour to give detailed descriptions of my items particularly with regard to condition and measurement.
  •  Unless I have grossly misrepresented an item, I will not accept a return. 
  •  I absolutely do not accept returns because of "fit" - the onus is on you, the buyer, to ensure the measurements given are what you require.
  •  I expect you to contact me immediately should there be any problem or query - a request for a return should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
  •  If a return is agreed, the item should be returned immediately and on safe receipt here, in the condition as described, I will make an immediate refund of the purchase price only.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  •  I am always open to reasonable offers on any of my items except those in "Bargain Sales".  Please do not make a ridiculously low offers, as it will only be treated with the contempt it deserves!
  •  Where possible, I am delighted to handle multi purchases - just let me know which items you wish to purchase so I can put them 'on hold' pending invoice for the total amount.
